Built in 2023, the Black Point Bonefishing Club is a spacious oceanfront villa designed for guests seeking both adventure and relaxation. Located in the center of Black Point, this intimate four-bedroom retreat offers a unique experience as the premier and only dedicated bonefishing facility in this beautiful part of Exuma.
The club accommodates up to eight anglers and proudly served as the host hotel for the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments & Aviation during the 2025 Bahamas Bonefishing Championship Tournament.
Every room in the villa is thoughtfully designed to capture the beauty of the surrounding harbor. Guests enjoy unobstructed views of the turquoise waters from every bedroom.
The 2,500-square-foot villa combines modern comfort with relaxed island style. Each bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom, luxurious linens, and modern amenities. Two rooms also provide direct access to private waterfront patios.
The home features a spacious lounge and entertainment area, a communal dining space, and a chef’s kitchen equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances. Additional amenities include air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and on-site laundry facilities.
Outside, a covered waterfront patio offers the perfect setting for peaceful mornings and breathtaking sunsets. A gazebo and private docking deck overlook the ocean and nearby Staniel Cay, while lush palm trees and tropical gardens surround the property.

Captain Greg GT Adderley
A seasoned seaman, Capt. GT is expertly trained in all areas of fishing and is the house guide at BPBC. As a former Marine and first responder, he brings discipline, precision, and deep local knowledge—knowing the waters of Exuma and Black Point like the back of his hand, from every rock to every flat.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Travelling to Black Point is easy from Nassau. Take a flight on Flamingo Air or Titan Air to Black Point Exuma (MYEB) Airport. Both airlines fly twice daily to Black Point from Nassau, for a 30-minute flight.
The Black Point Bonefishing Club is within walking distance, just half a mile away from the Black Point Airport
The fishing flats are nearby and within a short 7 minute boat ride.
At the time of your booking, a 50 % deposit is required; the remaining balance is due in full, 30 days before your scheduled trip.
As shopping is limited, we suggest that anglers bring their fishing gear with them (rod #7 or #8, reels #7 or #8, fishing leaders 10-16 lb test, and saltwater bonefish flies). These gears can also be rented from the Black Point Bonefishing Club at a minimal fee daily. Anglers should also pack sun blocks and screens, mosquito spray, a foul-weather jacket, hats, sun buffs, sunglasses, baby wipes to clean glasses, lip balm, fishing mitt for your
hands, flip flops and wading boots, long sleeve fishing shirts, light weight fishing pants, Zip-lock plastic bags for your prescribed meds and extra cash for tipping.
A bucket list destination for vacationers, and natural ecological wonder, Black Point is home to some of the Bahamas’ most stunning white sand beaches, sand banks, mesmerizing sunsets and blow hole, it is also the starting point for boating excursions and adventures including swimming with the pigs at Big Major’s Island, swimming with sharks at Compass Cay, feeding iguanas at Guana Cay and snorkeling or diving at the famous James Bond Thunderbolt Grotto.
Yes, we can prepare special meals for you, based on food allergies and or dietary restrictions; however, all special requests should be noted at the time of booking or at least 3 weeks in advance of your travel.
